Glibc error

My host environment:
[alex@localhost ~]$ gcc -v

gcc version 3.4.3 20041212 (Red Hat 3.4.3-9.EL4)
And run /mnt/lfs/tools/bin/gcc -v(same as g++ -v ) ,It listed like this:
