GCC-7.3.0 - Pass 1 configure: error: /bin/sh ../config.sub /include failed

I'm using version 8.2 of LFS book.

In 5.5. GCC-7.3.0 - Pass 1 section, page 41, when I run

Code:
../configure --target=$LFS_TGT --prefix=/tools --with-glibc-version=2.11 --with-sysroot=$LFS --with-newlib --without-headers --with-local-prefix=/tools --with-native-system-header-dir=/tools    /include --disable-nls --disable-shared --disable-multilib --disable-decimal-float --disable-threads --disable-libatomic --disable-libgomp --disable-libmpx --disable-libquadmath --disable-li    bssp --disable-libvtv --disable-libstdcxx --enable-languages=c,c++
I get
Code:
configure: WARNING: you should use --build, --host, --target
configure: WARNING: invalid host type: /include
configure: WARNING: you should use --build, --host, --target
checking build system type... Invalid configuration `/include': machine `/include' not recognized
configure: error: /bin/sh ../config.sub /include failed
I've followed all the instructions given in the book. Where have I gone wrong and how can I fix this?

Removing spaces in ../configure command options fixed the problem
