Hello, am new. I have a problem with the Linux-4.20.12 API Headers part of lfs version 8.4. when I decompress the package linux-4.20.12.tar.xz I have this error

I take it this is chapter 5.6 you dont say.

At the moment can you paste your exact command from "history" suspect an error in the command.
Did you copy and paste the commands?

Download the kernel package again. The download probably got interrupted.
