ALFS


I try building an LFS with the alfs method. But it's impossible. ALFS uses the content from the wget-list in the manual. In this list is the URL from zlib 1.2.11. But this version is not on the page of https://zlib-net/. There is a newer one (zlib 1.2.12).
Therefore the automatic creation with alfs ends with an error because lib 1.2.11 is not found.

Can someone help.

Download the correct version and put the /sources directory.

sorry joe71, but I think you did not understand my problem. I use alfs. This "program" does all automatically. It reads the wget-list and md5sums automatically to download all needed packages. In these lists there is the wrong version of the zlib library. So the process stops with error. I have no chance to stop the prrogram, download the package manually and continue with the program.

Start the jhalfs. Jhalfs will download all the files which it can.After stopping of jhalfs you must download zlib and put the neccesary directory. After this you must restart jhalfs and you have no errors.
