5.13.1. Installation of Ncurses

after running make install for ncurses, I get the following error:

configure: error: Cannot link with GPM library

does anybody have any idea what is causing this error and what I need to do to fix it.

thanks

Seems to be no 'gpm' in LFS. So you can add an extra option when running configure:
'./configure --with-gpm=no' then it works.
(I just wonder why this is not in the book)
