spamassassin on RHEL5


How can we configure spamassassin on RHEL-5 to block spam mails ?
What should be the configurations of sendmail .mc file spamassassin files

sendmail

I just want to know which line in sendmail.mc file intergate sendmail with spamassassin .I have the spamassassin configurations but want to know how it willbe interated with the sendmail.
