qmail pop server is not responding



hi all, i m trying to configure qmail in rhel 4.0 but lastly unable to contact pop server authentication,all the users are sending mails via qmail but unable to receive any one's mail .what should i do?? please tell...PRAKASH(reply.prak@gmail.com)

Is popd or any other pop service installed or running, listening on port 110? qmail is the MTA, pop or imap are separate in retrieving the mail from the server.
