Question Not able Switch User After Mondo_Mindi Backup Restore

HI,

I am using RedHat 5.5 and, i have done Backup and restore using Mondo-Mindi package.

Eventhough, all the services are working fine. But, i m failing to switch user.

WHen i am doing su - <user> then the password isn't accepted.

it always says incorrect password (though i m entering correct)

i have already executed : pam_tally --user <username> --reset
But no success.

THanks in advance!!!
