Answered all of the questions during setup of server. Can log-in as root and as one user that I built during startup. How can I start a GUI so I can configure the rest of the O/S. Trying to learn Linux, Making the jump from Window Server 03 world. I appologize for being so new, trying to learn as fast as I can. Have played around with various distros, but not any server Linux. Any help would be a great help. Thanks.

That's only if X is installed. If you selected a Server install during the installation, most likely X was not installed which makes sense as most *nix based servers don't need X as its only a resource hog that is unecessary.
My suggestion would be is, if this is really a server and is intended to be a server, you'll learn more by not using X or a GUI to configure this server.
I think that you are correct, and that it is not installed. Am scouring the internet for information on command line references to install and configure these servers. Just thought that it would be faster if I did it in a GUI, and then go back and turn it off (for resource sake). BTW, I will make every attempt to do it the hard core command line way. First off need to assign an static IP to etho and eht1. A huge jump from the windows world but one that I am happy to take after 5 years of dealing with MS server products. Thanks for the info, am sure that I will be bugging you guy's alot here in the near future.
