Dear Experts,
I'm stuck in a new problem now, I have to web servers and i am facing some issue related to Memory, all my physical memory get occupied and swap Memory remain underutilized. below i have given output of command *free-m* and *ps-aux*

I tried to reduce the utilization by restarting the server. But after restarting gradually it increases to 99-100% within 15 mins.
can some on help me with this please.
