Install RHEL.V.3 U3 with USB Floppy for Raid Drivers

I'm trying to install RHEL V.3 Update 3 on an IBM x366.
I need to install this specific version due to a cluster software that will be installed

I have downloaded from IBM a disk image with raid drivers for RHEL 3.
When the installation begins it prompts me that no Hard Disks where found and I should install a driver. It tells me to insert media into /dev/hda.

This server has no internal floppy disk drive. I have connected an external USB floppy but how do I mount it during installation.

I contacted RedHat and they told me to use a later edition

Could anyone help me on this

Thank you.

Teo
