If the service is already started, you need to use renice:
renice priority [[-p] pid ...] [[-g] pgrp ...] [[-u] user ...]

For more info, type `man renice`

If you are starting the service now, use nice.
nice [OPTION] [COMMAND [ARG]...]

For more info, type `man nice`

good luck

Dear,

Run top command and then press h for help,
this will help you to how to renice a process.
value for nice is from 20 to -19, value in negative number means higher priority.

Regards,
Jitendra
