Script should run clicking on desktop icon on openbox beaglebone black.

In my BBB i am using openbox as WM. i am having a web cam attached to BBB.
I want to make a Desktop Icon in openbox,with which webcam will take a photo.My command is as follows:
streamer -c /dev/video1 -s 640x480 -o ~/Desktop/img.ppm
i have included this command in a file set.sh and made it executible
by chmod +x set.sh.Copied it to Desktop but it is complete quiet.no result.Please help
