YESlinux - anybody use this, need lots of help

I need to get my webserver back up and running so I installed yesllinux since its supposed to pretty much be a one button setup kind of deal. It was installed and up and running in about 20 minutes. The email server seemed to work fine and the default web page came up and I even created my virtual hosts through their web based config utility.

Problem is that I cant figure out how to upload webpages or get FTP working. I have always used proftp for uploading and webmin to edit proftp and apache config files but webmin doesnt seem to want to install. Can anybody help my with this or suggest another way that I can get my sites onto the server?

By default you can use either webdav or ftp. If you want to use ftp the you will need to start the ftp server. The default installation doesn't enable the server.

To enable the ftp server follow these steps:

/etc/init.d/pure-ftpd
cd /etc/rc3.d/
ln -sf ../init.d/pure-ftpd S79pure-ftpd

here a topic that might help as well:
