Xdsl on an Xbox

Hi
I'm very new to Linux having installed Ubuntu alongside my Win XP installation and have become something of a convert, I currently have 2 xboxes running XBMC and I'm trying to install XDSL alongside, I downloaded the iso (ver 0.6) and extracted the files and FTP'd them them over to the xbox as per the Readme, however when I try to install it I get to a blue screen that says "kernel, starting Linux" and it just hangs, I've tried this on 2 xboxes with the same result, I've been on other forums but cant find any help specific to my problem, any help would be appreciated
