I'll go ahead and say it:

Even if you are sincere, it sounds like a scam.

If you want to get a linux distro on the cheap, check out www.frozentech.com. I've done business there, I know they are legit, and the price is right. Offering to exchange money over the internet with anonymous people is likely to get you scammed, unless you are the scammer.

well you can buy linux distros for cheap on ebay but i figured someone could give me a little better deal online here.. I was only talkling like $15 for some cds and its not that big a deal if someone does rip me off....but i am pretty trusting since all the people ive traded with online that i havent even known always end up to be honest with me and the trade goes well.... so its not a big deal, really

No prob, I didn't want to come off rude. But seriously, check out frozentech. I'm looking at it now, and the most expensive install disc I see is like $6 for a 3-DVD set. You can get a better deal there than you will from a person who has to spend their own time burning a disc. I found their shipping was speedy and cheap.

P.S. No affiliation with frozentech, just a satisfied customer.

Ah, RHEL you'll only get from Red Hat. But look into CentOS, it's a RHEL clone.

CentOS is indeed a community-led project to produce a free (speech and beer) clone of RHEL that is just as good and stable. I mention the freedom because RHEL is free as in speech, but not as in beer.

Good question. Either he's borrowing someone else's connection, or he's lying.
