Angry Why is there not a linux live cd for the macbook based on rpm distros???

I am very frustrated with the fact that there is apparently only an ubuntu live cd for the macbook/pro intel based duo2 core. I prefer the rpm distros like Fedora for instance but since we have soo many live cd distros for the pc then why not for apple/mac?

The modern Intel Macs, including the MacBook and MacBook Pro, are essentially PCs. They use a different firmware system (EFI), but it's perfectly happy to emulate a plain old BIOS. They also have slightly odd USB HID based keyboards and touchpads. However, the drivers for these have been in the mainline kernel for some time.

There isn't a special LiveCD for the MacBook because it doesn't need one -- you can use a normal i586 or x86_64 one just fine.
