Question Trying to run blender 2.76 on Lite

Hi,

I wanted to inquire has anyone tried Blender 3D? And know anything about installing it on a linux system, I think they all work differently. I tried an example video on youtube.

Nothing.

installing blender is or can be simple as downloading the binary tar and putting it in your /opt link the executable to your /usr/local/bin put its desktop file in /usr/share/applications with the needed changes to where the executable is within that file and then using it.

then just keep doing the youtube videos until you get the hang of it.

been using Blender for over 10 years , it is one of the easiest programs to install

it should be in your OS's repos or install the prebuilt from the blender website
