hi. i can get red hat 8.0 and have it in a couple of days. http://www.amazon.com has it for $36 for the personal edition. i now have the latest edition of red hat 8 beta version now installed on my computer, which i believe was the null beta version. if i buy the retail personal edition of red hat 8, will it come with a book, and will the retail version be much different from the null version i have now installed. or should i buy a book later that has the install cd,s. thanks
They usually come with a Install Guide book, nothing big and heavy. If you really need a book with more details, I am sure they'll have Redhat 8.0 books on the shelves in no time after the release.
Have you had any trouble running up2date? I run up2date and I get to the pkg's to be skipped screen and can go no further it just sits there & I can not click "Forward" if this is some bug hope its resolved in the final release
