From the other thread I understand that you want to install openSuSE 11.0 on your Acer one.
I bought the Acer one (AOA 150-Bb) and added 1GB RAM (total=1536), mine has the 120GB HDD and it had XP installed.
As my son wanted to keep the XP, I installed openSuSE 11.0 with KDE 4.x (my poison of choce) that same evening, before XP would defragment the whole HDD.
The install was the easiest ever !
I just accepted all the default settings and 17 minutes later I was using SuSE. Just one small thing... I still have to fix the wifi connection -driver problem-.
So I am ashamed to say that I use XP when on the road, and connect either to wifi or use my Nokia N95 as modem.
