Non English next to icon on RHEL 8 virtualbox

This is my first time installing RHEL 8 under virtual box. I must have picked some wrong option during the install. Under activities, I have Firefox, File cabinet and a few other icons. When I hover my mouse over Firefox, I saw "Fire fox" display on the right. But when I hover my mouse over File cabinet icon and the few others, I saw non English (may be Arabic) displayed on the right.
I am able to do and see all other works still in English so far. For example, if I double click the File cabinet icon, the files display are all in English. What can I do to fix this ?
