I did an FTP install of SUSE 9.1. (Presonal) and my sound doesnt work... Its a Creative Audigity (sp) 2 ZS Platinum. Ran alsaconf but no go... any ideas???
UPDATE: I updated the kernel on the online update in the install. I think that screwed me up cuz alsamixer wont run and I cant modprobe snd-emu10k1 (Driver for my SB Audigy 2 ZS Platinum.) It said also to run lilo before the reboot and after the installation of the kernel which I couldnt do cuz I was installing! This is what I get when I run lilo:
kyle@linux:~> su
