Because NEW ZEALAND not including in "list Countries" so what I've done in is I tried to clicked any country(I tried one by one..like USA, BRITAIN etc...) and then I clicked "customised providers" and I added my isp phone number etc...and then finished...after that it says...error .KDE ....couldn't have protocol host...etc..and then when I finished..I tried to clicked on my desktop .. I "couldn't clicked any icon" it says.."Klauncher couldn't get my KDE running..check for DCOP server..maybe running????
SO basicly after I made configuration of my modem I couldn't clicked any icon.

Hmmm, well not sure how to fix it. Ask SuSE about the New Zealend not being in the isp setup options.

Here's what ya do:
1) Go into yast2, select "network/basic, pick "modem Configuration".
2) In "Modem Config", the bottom panel will show your already configured decives. If you already have a configured modem (let's hope so...) click "Change..." on the bottom panel. Otherwise you need to configure your actual device (as opposed to configuring an ISP. Get back to us on that).
3) You will now be in the "Modem Configuration Overview", and again you will want the bottom panel. This is the "Providers" panel, click on either Add, Edit, or Delete (to get rid of a previous attempt). Create your new entry (or modify your old one) and give it a shot.
Let us know how it turns out.

So you got into the "Modem setup" using yast2 and found your modem? (if not, we have to configure your modem first).
If it exists, then it should show up in the lower panel and you should have a "Change" option.
If you hit "Change" then you should get into the "Modem Providers" screen from there you can either add, edit, or delete. Being in New Zealand makes no difference (you could be in Mongolia for all it cares) since you will be adding a "custom" entry.
I have to do the same thing since my provider doesn't exist in the SuSE lists either.

No surprise there, I have bought the boxed sets for forever, and I still have a service call in from my 7.0 set
