Looking for Linux distribution for old laptop

Hi -
I have a Panasonic CF-45. Here are specifications: Pentium/233 MMX, 256Kb of secondary cache, 32Mb of EDO RAM, Intel 430TX chipset, 3.61Gb Toshiba UltraDMA hard disk, 20-speed Teac CD-ROM drive, 3.5in floppy drive, Yamaha OPL3-SA FM 3D sound chip, integral microphone and monaural speaker, 2Mb NeoMagic 128XD graphics, 12.1in SVGA TFT screen, two Type II PC Card slots, 4Mbits/sec infrared serial port, USB port.
I loaded Vector Linux on it about 1 1/2 years ago but was never overjoyed with it, so I don't use the computer much.
Is there anything else I might try. I downloaded Damn Small Linux, but I must have done something wrong because even though I downloaded what seemed to be the iso file, my laptop says there's no operating system when I try to load the file.

Thanks!

Personally I would recycle it. Depending on where you live, you can probably find a pentium 3 (or maybe even better!) at low cost/no cost using Craigslist/Freecycle/Goodwill/yard sale/dumpster.

If you are really committed to pentium with 32mb ram, you'll find some good tips on this site: http://kmandla.wordpress.com/
