Help me to recall Linux distro name

Hi everyone,
some time ago I discovered interesting Linux distro. I can't remember it's name, I remember only it's features.

It is a distro for managing a sensitive data. It is completely offline, networking is disabled by default. It has true crypt built in and it is a live CD (not 100% sure last part). I failed to google it... Maybe someone know it's name ?

Kali linux? Its not really for 'managing sensitive data' though-

The fact of the matter is however, that Kali is a Linux distribution specifically geared towards professional penetration testing and security auditing and as such, it is NOT a recommended distribution for those unfamiliar with Linux.

I don't think it was Kali. It wasn't for security penetration testing etc. It was designed to handle with private sensitive data. It had networking disabled completely - it doesn't know how to use network cards etc for security purposes - no one can hack your pc and steal your data because it is not connected and can't be connected to any network. I remember it was it's main feature along with data encrypting tools built in - truecrypt, gpg probably as well.

I've found it: Privacy-CD based on Ubuntu.
