friend's problem with xandros/win me

i gave a friend of mine an old Xandros CD. he installed it an an old 600 mhz athlon Gateway computer, 128 MB, ATI radeon, Winblows Me. He installed it and says it works great, but he cannot boot to windows. i will post more details later, the next time i talk to him. can you help me out?


p.s. i haven't been to these forums for a while, but there's just as awesome as a community as there was a year ago when i joined!

post (at the least) a list of disks and partitions. (fdisk -l /dev/hda and similar), plus the boot loader (LILO, GRUB) configuration.

i know. i am not a n00b here. unfortunately, my friend is. i told him to use a knoppix cd to find his partitions.
