Ebtables on OpenBSD!!

Hi to all,

I would like to know if the Linux package Ebtables works on OpenBSD or has been ported to it.

Btw how different is OpenBSD from Linux distros? Is it considered part of the Linux family? I know it is a Unix-based OS just like Linux but how different are they?

Thx in advance..

Warm regards,
Visham

Ebtables is not listed in OpenBSD ports and looking at documention for Ebtables it appears it's only for Linux kernel 2.6 versions.

http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/ports/
http://ebtables.sourceforge.net/ebtables-faq.html

OpenBSD is not considered part of the Linux family.
