Debian 2.2r5 asking for rescue floppy

After partitioning, formatting, selecting packages and configuring
just before it started to copy the needed files it asked me lease insert "rescue disk" which i found quite weird and i thought maybe is gonna make a rescue disk, so i just put a blank floppy.
After whirring a bit it asked me again for this rescue floppy so i took it that it was asking for the real thing which i didn't have at this time.Even if i cancel this it keeps asking for it and wont carry on !it will go back to the main menu .Maybe i am missing something?

Regards
