Question Are there repositories for SuSE 9 users to use with APT/YUM/URPMI ?

I would like to know if there are repositories for RPM's for SuSE 9 and if I need APT, YUM, or URPMI, etc... to keep SuSE 9 updated or to install app's without conflicts. I used urpmi for Mandrake but now TexStar is gone and I am thinking of switching to Fedora because I can get access to apt-get/synaptic and yum to keep that distro up to date. Can the same be said about SuSE 9 in terms of package and dependency resolution ?
