Anyone use Frugalware on a Dell e5500?

Just wondering, I installed this today, and in a completely opposite direction of, well, almost every other distro in existence, it sees and works with my wireless out of the box (Intel somethingortheother), but absolutely refuses to even SEE my wired connection during installation.

Stable installation. Tried to install current, but the installer choked and died.

No.

But at their site they say

Quote:
Current known issues include network not working after initial install.
For now, run netconfig after logging in as root. This should work as a
temporary fix until we can implement the netconfig replacement.

This isn't AFTER install, this is during the install that it has odd behavior.

The install won't actually boot after finishing, just sets after it finishes doing a fsck and never continues.
