Ubuntu XRDP Issue

Im trying to get XRDP running on Ubuntu 12.04.
However If i login using XRDP using :

root - I get no menus
other user (non root) - I get en error saying "Failed to load session ubuntu-2d)

My xsession files are :

Code:
root@UBUNTU:~# cat /home/user1/.xsession
gnome-session --session=ubuntu-2d
root@UBUNTU:~# cat .xsession
gnome-session --session=ubuntu-2d
Any ideas ??
