Solve WHAT problem? What you've described is sort of like saying "Whenever I turn the key down, my car engine stops, but when I turn it up, it starts."

When you reboot the machine, you break the connection to the domain, simple as that. If you want to re-join automatically after boot, then write a small shell script, and put it in /etc/rc.local, or in another of your init scripts that runs after the machine is back up.

On another note, you hardly ever seem to post follow ups, give the requested information, or bother to post back a solution to any of your questions. If you'd like help from the community, all of those things would be good ideas.
