Trouble installing theme

I downloaded a batman theme from kde-look.org and when I tried to use KDE's theme manager to install it looks for a 'theme file' and the batman directory has none. It also does not have a readme or compiling to go along with it. After looking around online I saw I might need to look into getting dekorator or something like that? Anyone know if that is where my problem is or what?

A 'theme' doesn't say alot. There are themes for lots of different aspects...KDE3.x, 4.x, Dekorator, Compiz, Emerald, GTK, Theme-Manager, etc.

What was this theme FOR? You mention theme manager...was this theme a theme-manager theme, or one for Dekorator?
