Problem with konsole conf

I noticed that konsole create a tmp visible folder in my /home/user. I really hate it and I've tryed everything to remove it, but nothing works and that small, ugly folder is still there at every konsole's start.
Could anyone give me a tip for erase it?

Welcome to LQ. Its helpful to other LQ members if you put the distribution you are using in your profile or mention it in your question. This just makes it easier for you to get accurate answers. So what Linux distribution are you using and is this directory /home/user/tmp? Some distributions use /home/user/tmp for a users temporary files, so you may not be able to change this behaviour without tinkering with things in your /etc/profile and related files.

Thanks for the tip, I looked for some useful files in /etc/profile.d and I found "tmpdir.csh" and "tmpdir.sh". Then I changed "/{HOME}/tmp" with "/{HOME}/.tmp" in those files, and I have no more unwanted folders in my /home.

P.s. sorry for the omission, now I've updated my profile
