Openbox config help, defining two actions for one hotkey

I want win+b to do a double alt tab, aka jump to the window that is next of next

tried this
Code:

   <keybind key="W-b">
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
      </action>
    </keybind>
    <keybind key="W-b">
      <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
        <finalactions>
          <action name="Focus"/>
          <action name="Raise"/>
          <action name="Unshade"/>
        </finalactions>
      </action>
    </keybind>
and this
Code:

   <keybind key="W-b">
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
      </action>
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
        <finalactions>
          <action name="Focus"/>
          <action name="Raise"/>
          <action name="Unshade"/>
        </finalactions>
      </action>
any ideas?

If you need to jump 2 windows then looks like you need the action twice, for more info look openbox wiki
I'm not so sure but maybe this:

Code:
<keybind key="W-b">
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
      </action>
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
      </action>
     <action name="NextWindow">
        <allDesktops>yes</allDesktops>
        <finalactions>
          <action name="Focus"/>
          <action name="Raise"/>
          <action name="Unshade"/>
        </finalactions>
      </action>
Regards

You could use the sloppy focus and auto raise , all you need to do is mouse over the window you want to focus no need to click to focus!
