No transparency with shading/tinting

No applications can use transparency with shading/tinting anymore. I don't really know why. Did alot of system configuration, updates etc last night and now when i booted up it didn't work. I have no clue where to start searching for errors. Any idea?

Just hints would be greate
Thanks in advance
