Lyx - export to PDF problem (cm-super-t1.enc missing)

EDIT: solved. I needed the texlive-fontsextra package.

When I try to export my lyx document to pdf (pdflatex), I get the following message:

Code:
File does not exist:
/tmp/lyx_tmpdir6666NNbGFY/lyx_tmpbuf0/Draft_mk_2.pdf
So I went into that directory and looked at Draft_mk_2.log:

Code:
!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file cm-super-t1.enc): cannot open encoding file for reading
==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!
I uninstalled and reinstalled lyx, made sure I had the latest version (1.5.5-1), made sure I had t1lib and t1 utils, etc. But locate still doesn't find the missing file on my system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excellent, that actually worked. I was just about to give up and settle for using DVIs. Thanks!

Sorry guys,

Did you find a way to fix this problem, I can't see the thread with the answer...

Thanks,
Breeffy.

texlive-fonts-extra package has about 230 MB on the disk and I am not sure if it fixes this problem.

It is sufficent to install the package:
cm-super-minimal
This package eats only 6 MB in the diskspace and it fixes the problem!
