Java applications does not responds to keyboard!

Hello,
I recently installed Ubuntu Lucid Lynx on my laptop. And then I installed some Java-based applications on it. Everything went perfectly except a problem with the Keyboard. While I'm using a Java app it stops responding keyboard keys, commands, etc. Mouse works okay. If I closed the app and opened again, it starts to work again.

Any help to solve this is appreciated.

Thank you!
