in some websites. some text is not seen. google chrome.

in firefox everything is working great in all sites.
problem is just in chrome.
also the problem here is just in gentoo.
when i'm on archlinux in google chrome, there is no problem.
so problem is specific to my gentoo and google chrome or maybe just google chrome in my gentoo system.

i also think that the problem is with numbers that i can't see them.

here are examples:
look at this address:
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd...set,36174.html

here is a screenshot how i see the first part of this address page in google chrome:
https://ibb.co/csPYc6
you can see that the numbers are not seen.

also look at this github page:
https://github.com/rust-lang/book

here is how i see it in chrome:
https://ibb.co/dRmPjm

again no numbers there

i tried to reset chrome, remove history from the beginning of the universe.
i also deleted the folders:
~/.config/google-chrome
~/.config/google-chrome-beta

uninstalled chrome and reinstall it.
nothing solved it.

of course the numbers are there.
if i mark the page with the mouse i can see all the text...

i found the problem and fixed it.
but now i have just black emojis, and no color one's.
for example here:
getemoji.com
all the emojis are black and white.
no color at all.

i remember that sometime ago i changed

Code:
/etc/fonts/local.conf
and add to it:

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">
<fontconfig>
  <match target="scan">
    <test name="family">
      <string>Noto Color Emoji</string>
    </test>
    <edit name="scalable" mode="assign">
      <bool>true</bool>
    </edit>
  </match>

  <match target="pattern">
    <test name="prgname">
      <string>chrome</string>
    </test>
    <edit name="family" mode="prepend_first">
      <string>Noto Color Emoji</string>
    </edit>
  </match>
</fontconfig>

and after restart i got color emojis in chrome but apparently messed those web pages (in my first post).
after i commented out this config the problem in those websites was gone but as i said, now i don't have color emojis in chrome.
(in firefox i have).

so how can i get color emojis in chrome?
i'm on latest gnome (3.24).
