How to restart KDE toolbar without logout or reboot

Hello,

Linux envirnment:
CentOS7, KDE desktop
Start Linux Desktop from ETX via Multi Monitor Mode

User always got the desk toolbar crashed and there isn't any response when click the toolbar icon.
The Currently open windows can work properly.

Is there any way to restart the toolare without logout or reboot the Linux?

You can restart plasma

kquitapp5 plasmashell
kstart5 plasmashell >/dev/null 2>&1 &

assuming it is KDE5. The last line is probably unnecessary, it should restart automatically.
