How to make sure xdg-update-dirs runs when KDE is starting (Slackware)

Hello, Im using slackware and would like to make sure that when a session is started by a user to also make sure that xdg-user-dirs-update will run once.

Normally in Ubuntu/Fedora there is /etc/X11/Xsessions.d from where the xdg-user-dirs-update is ran, but this does not apply in Slackware.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check this out, I think KDE supports it as well.

Doesn't this mean to create a desktop file for it?

I think you can use shell scripts. Check out .kde/autostart for placing the shell script and syslink to executable.
