How to make a Linux distribution based on debian 10 buster.

I want to create a linux distro based on debian.
I want to make a custom installer and install some packages that are from another repo. I have also create a custom desktop environment. I also want to make sure it has a custom splash and also a custom grub menu image.

Your simplest way to go is to start with MX Linux. Set up your system. With MX-snapshot you can turn that in an installable ISO.

I don't want to use another distro except for debain. But i will still give it a go with mx linux

AntiX, as well as MX, will let you remaster a Debian distro, & I think Devuan, (Debian without systemd), can also do so.
