how to enable double clickon kubuntu?

Hello everybody! I want to enable double click in kubuntu. The default setting is that with only one click you open a program but i would like to set it in the way that you need a double click to do this. In another thread they answer how to do this but not in kubuntu.
I hope you to understand muy por English
Many thanks.
Bye bye.
