Cool How to disable desktop notifications per-app in MATE?

When i go into MATE's notification settings, the only options is for theming, and enabling do-not-disturb mode. Is there a way to disable notifications only for some applications? I'm guessing there has to be some third-party tool out there or something.

I'm running Fedora 36 if it matters.

Obvious question:
Which application is sending offending notifications?
Maybe it can be disabled there?
