Unhappy How do I switch between resolutions? Ctrl-Alt-plus/minus doesn't work.

I'm running Xorg.conf on Slackware 12.0, using Fluxbox as my window manager. I'd like to be able to switch between resolutions using Ctrl-Alt with the plus and minus buttons, but nothing happens. I can't switch consoles with Ctrl-Alt-Fx either.

I tried to start X without the window manager to see if it was blocking my keys, but it jumped back to console mode.

I can change the resolution with xrandr, but I want the darned shortcut keys to work...

Here are the relevant sections of my /etc/X11/xorg.conf:

Code:
Section "ServerLayout"
	Identifier "X.org Configured"
	Screen 0 "Screen0" 0 0
	InputDevice "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
	InputDevice "Keyboard0" "CoreKeyboard"
EndSection

### (cut)

Section "Screen"
	Identifier "Screen0"
	Device "Card0"
	Monitor "Monitor0"
	DefaultDepth 24
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 1
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 4
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 8
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 15
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 16
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
	SubSection "Display"
		Viewport 0 0
		Depth 24
		Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600"
	EndSubSection
EndSection

Don't know if this is helpful or not, but...
I tried to 'fix' what you are doing - as it should work - but never managed. In the end, I found xrandr and simply created my own shortcuts calling it with different parameters.
(I am switching between single and dual monitor display.)

Cheers!
