gnome-screensaver and flashplayer standalone
Hello to all,
I read this forum from long time, but it's my first post.
I have some questions about the gnome-screensaver and the flashplayer standalone.
I would like to use my swf file to have a custom screensaver in redhat 5.3 client.
I downloaded the flashplayer standalone 10 and I configured the custom .desktop file.
This is the .desktop file:
# more maximo.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=F-Rolex
Comment=Watch
TryExec=flashplayer
Exec=flashplayer /usr/share/applications/screensavers/rolex.swf
StartupNotify=true
Terminal=true
Type=Application
Categories=GNOME;Screensaver;
If I go in the gnome-screensaver-preferences i can see correctly the F-Rolex screensaver, but if I click on F-Rolex it opens the flashplayer in a new window.
The full screen preview doesn't work, it gives me a white screen.
This is the rpm installed : gnome-screensaver-2.16.1-8.el5
Where is the error?
It's possible to use a swf file for my customer screensaver?
Thanks in advance to all!
Bye
