Getting two panels/taskbars in IceWM

Hi,
I am running a Gentoo system. I'd like to make my IceWM look more like Gnome. Hence, I need to have two panels, like in Gnome. Does anyone know how to get two panels in IceWM (without using any other program, that is, using only the icewm stuff) and how to set different "applets" on each?

Thanks
Pramod
