Espon 730 Printer

Hello there,

I have an Espon 730 printer and I went to print something the other day and it took about 30 minutes to print the document. Is there a configuration setting I need to set?

I notice whenever I print off my laptop that runs Windows 7 Ultimate it's almost if not instant.

It is connected over wireless, I'm in the same room as my desktop that runs Kubuntu 10.04.

Thanks for your time.

P.S.
Not to sure if this is in the right place. x)

Which Epson 730? I found three at Linuxprinting.org.

Artisan 730: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/...san_730_Series

PM 730C: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Epson/Epson-PM_730C

TX730: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/...n-TX730_Series

There might be more.

Try following the link I posted about the Artisan. It can help you far more than I can by myself.

Good luck, guy.

I don't have all the answers or even most of them by any means, but sometimes I get lucky and find one lying around the internet somewheres.
