Cinnamon taskbar corrupted by one click

I am running Mint Debian Faye with Cinnamon desktop, for unknown reason or a stuck mouse button click the custom taskbar changed back to the default look, instead of add back the applet I decided to reboot it, and then everything returned normal. I just want to know is there any hotkey or any quick way to destroy the custom taskbar but will not save changes ?

Good question. Just saying that I'd like to know too. That could be a good thing, if there was, but used properly.
