Cant load KDEinit at starting!


Hello my friends
My OS was RHEL4 and I update it to RHEL5 beta2 (from DVD disk) today
but at the first run and after I select the KDE session
I get a message mean that: its cant load KDEinit file. , so
no items or icons or any response from the KDE just static one color wallpaper
how can I fix this problem?
